Hey there! I'm back home from traveling at last. Before I left NYC I mentioned that I was heading off to Spain, however while I was there we decided to make a few stops around France too! There was absolutely no way I was leaving France or Europe alone without getting my hands on some new products. If you're ever in France you'll find that these prices are lower than in the US, so stock up while you can!
There are a few products in particular that I wanted to highlight out of my new stash. First of all, I did repurchase the Bioderma Sensibio H2O (two more big bottles of it not pictured lol) and the Klorane dry shampoo. These two are products that I have tried before and loved! Some new favorites include the Bioderma Sensibio cleanser, Anti-Redness BB Cream and the Avène hand cream. Here's why:
Bioderma's Sensibio Cleanser summed up in one word is "safe". This is the cleanser that will not irritate your skin, dry out your skin or leave you unhappy whatsoever. I know that I can always rely on this cleanser! There is very, very minimal foaming when you lather it between your hands which means that it isn't as drying as cleansers that give you lots of foam. Overall I think that Bioderma's entire Sensibio line is the safest way to go if you're unsure of things.
Bioderma's Anti-Redness BB Cream has outdone itself and replaced my tried and true Dr. Jart Cicapair Correcting Cream. I loved how Cicapair really left me with an even skin tone without feeling heavy like a foundation. I did not love its lack of hydration. Sometimes I had dry spots that became more noticeable when I put on Cicapair. With Bioderma's BB Cream, all my prayers were answered. Goodbye redness, goodbye dryness. 100% recommend and I 100% should have bought ten bottles of this.
Avène's Cold Cream (hand cream) got me through long car rides and long plane rides. Andddd you know how dry the air can be! The scent of this hand cream is light and fresh and it didn't make my hands feel greasy or sticky after applying. I noticed that my hands felt softest when I applied the cream after washing my hands! Luckily I did get two of them because they were being sold as a pair :)
